Having lived in Madison, Ridgeland, and Northeast Jackson for over 35 years, and currently residing in Madison, I know the area well. It is common for residents of these areas to cross the Ross Barnett Reservoir Spillway or take Lakeland Drive into Flowood and Brandon for business, friendships, shopping, and entertainment. Being extremely familiar with all of these areas provides practical expertise assisting buyers and sellers of real estate in those cities and surrounding areas. Knowing and loving where I live and the relationships that have been made through the years are an integral part of the real estate business. I am often asked to share reliable sources for lenders, movers, contractors, decorators, landscapers, and more with clients.

With personal experience of cross country moves, I understand the excitement and challenges associated with relocating.  And having helped adult children move as they have lived in Nashville, London, Dallas, San Francisco, Austin, and New York City -- in addition to Madison - has been instrumental in developing a broad real estate perspective.
